Typical due diligence we advise having executed, as would be expected elsewhere but is rarely carried out in residential property purchases in Turkey, includes:

Review of cadastral, local planning compliance, and permits

Search for liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes and utilities

We apply various Pre-Qualification and Assessment techniques for different types of transactions:
