Turkish Mortgage Centre offers a range of support services that are essential for the successful fulfillment of residential and commercial mortgage lending. In other countries these support services would be provided by various other professions or supporting service providers. The real estate services sector in Turkey is fragmented and just developing, and consequently there are not established professionals operating in specialized roles, following well established practices, as there are in other countries with long established mortgage sectors. However, without also providing these services, it is not possible to ensure that mortgage finance is successfully delivered in Turkey.

Turkish Mortgage Centre provides many of these services in the role of a project manager and in the form of oversight management. We also appl standards of "best practice" from established real estate sectors in other countries to the particular procedures we use in Turkey for the oversight management of managing case files, mitigating risks, and minimizing costs. Maintaining oversight on transaction costs is an important part of what we do - to ensure an appropriate balance is reached in achieving an acceptable level of comfort in balancing risks and costs to the client's satisfaction.
